Welcome to the AVG Experts Network. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as an expert or using the platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you have no right to obtain information from or otherwise continue using the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you submit is accurate and truthful.

3. Expert Profile & Conduct

•You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile, including your CV and professional background.

•You agree to act professionally and ethically in all interactions facilitated by the platform.

•You must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared with you during missions, subject to specific Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

4. Matching & Engagements

The platform serves as a connector between experts and organizations. AVG does not guarantee that you will be matched with any specific mission or project. The terms of specific engagements, including compensation (if applicable) and deliverables, will be defined in separate agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Africa Venture Group and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Africa Venture Group be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform or any engagements facilitated through it.
